- Educational Qualification:

- Efficiently utilise human, physical, and material resources.
- Demonstrate an understanding of relevant legislation and ethical nursing practices.
- Perform clinical nursing practices and promote quality care in line with institution standards.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure good nursing care.
- Adapt to working with diverse individuals in a healthcare setting.
- Plan and organise your own work and support staff to ensure proper care.
- Provide complex nursing care to improve service delivery, following Batho-Pele Principles and Patient’s Rights Charter.
- Act as a shift leader when required.
