Key Responsibilities
The Receptionist at Benoni Bakery will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Key duties and responsibilities include:
1. Manage Incoming Calls:
- Efficiently handle all incoming calls on the switchboard.

2. Administrative Support:
- Assist various departments with administrative duties, providing the necessary support to help them achieve their goals.

4. Handling Switchboard Operations:

- Update office noticeboards with important information.
- Issue and manage driver’s invoice books.

6. Assist with Price Surveys and Other Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Support the team by assisting with price surveys and maintaining data accuracy.
- Perform various other administrative tasks as required by management.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is essential.
Experience and Skills:
