Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project administration, including meeting minutes, tender documents, and attendance at tender clarification meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and manage project-related databases.

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Office Management, Business Administration, or Project Management.

3. Stakeholder Engagement Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of transformation meetings and documentation.

5. Finance Intern

  • Support account payable processes, ensuring compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
  • Assist with account receivables and monthly reconciliations.
  • Help with asset management, including asset verification and tagging.
  • Provide general administrative support for financial audits and reporting.

  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Accounting or Finance.
