Job Purpose

Job Requirements
Education:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Recognised certificate in Spa or Beauty Therapy
Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist in a 5-star hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment
Work Conditions:
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in a variety of treatments (massage, skincare, holistic wellness)
- Knowledge of skincare products and product lines
- Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Ability to use spa management systems
