Graduate Training Programme Structure: Learn While You Work
Toyota uses a 70:20:10 development model:
- 70% of learning happens on the job.
- 20% takes place in structured classroom environments.
- 10% is through mentorship and coaching.

- Finance & Business: BCom Accounting, CIMA Level 3, Chartered Accountant with Big 4 articles

- Law & Social Sciences: LLB (4-year degree), BCom, BSoc Sci, BA in Management/Communications
