About the Toyota Learnership

As a Learner Development Administrator (LDA), you will join the Learner Support Centre (LSC) and play a vital role in supporting Toyota Academy (TALA). Your work ensures that training programs run smoothly, comply with legislation, and meet best-practice standards. You will also assist with projects that enhance the overall success of the Academy.

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

- Advertisement -
  • Update Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage commercial activities, reporting, record-keeping, and information management
  • Administer the Learner Management System (LMS): build prospectus, activate learners, manage billing, events, and calendar
  • Support distribution of training inventory across BNLE countries
  • Maintain accurate databases and administrative records

Customer Service:

  • Resolve customer queries and provide feedback
  • Liaise with service providers and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Events Coordination / Facilities:

  • Implement project plans and track activities
  • Participate in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) activities
  • Maintain SOPs for facilities and support operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • NQF Level 5 qualification (240 credits) in ETD or related field
  • Knowledge and experience in:
    • Administration and training administration processes
    • ETD legislation and compliance
    • TSAM & TALA policies and procedures
    • Customer service roles
    • Advanced PC literacy (Excel, MS Projects, SAP/SAP Concur)
