Key Responsibilities of Transnet Learnership Participants
Across all streams, participants in the Transnet Learnerships are expected to:
- Support and contribute to departmental projects and operational tasks
- Assist in administrative functions, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes to improve skills
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to achieve project goals
