- Waitron
Applicants for the Waitron role will be responsible for ensuring restaurants are fully prepared and stocked before opening and throughout service hours. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a seamless dining experience. - Supervisor – Food & Beverage
The Supervisor – F&B will oversee all food and beverage outlets. Duties include managing operating equipment, staffing, and daily service schedules. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential. - Steward
The Steward role involves maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen. Candidates will be responsible for cleaning equipment and work areas in line with company processes and health regulations. - Sous Chef
Working closely with the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will support kitchen operations and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Experience in managing staff and high-pressure environments is required. - Commis Chef
The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, presentation, and portion control. This position provides an opportunity to build strong culinary foundations under the guidance of senior chefs. - Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, candidates will manage specific kitchen stations and ensure all preparations are complete before service begins. The role calls for efficiency and skill in food execution. - Bartender
