This is a contract-based position with a focus on promoting and assisting clients in applying for credit loans while ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant at Atlas Finance, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities:
Loan Application Sales
- Promote credit loans and assist customers in the application process.
- Meet the monthly loan application sales targets by offering clear and efficient assistance to clients seeking financial solutions.
- Ensure that loan applications adhere to all relevant credit granting regulatory and policy requirements, maintaining compliance at all times.
Collections and Follow-Up
- Take ownership of monthly collections targets by following the prescribed company procedures for collecting loan instalments.
- Follow up with customers on overdue instalments, providing gentle reminders and resolving payment issues where necessary.
Record Keeping and Branch Housekeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, loan applications, and collections.
- Ensure that branch housekeeping standards are met, contributing to a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, contributing to a positive experience for all clients.
Competency and Qualification Requirements
Atlas Finance is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Additional Qualification: Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3)
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in the microfinance industry, specifically in customer service or loan management roles.
- Mathematical Literacy: A strong grasp of basic mathematical concepts, essential for managing loan calculations and financial transactions.
