Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Welcome to Nasi Ispani (https://www.nasi-ispani.co.za). By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Who we are and what we do

Nasi Ispani is a South African career platform operated by CoPublishers Holdings PTY LTD, of 128 Leslie Ave, Fourways, 2191. We do three things: we publish job opportunities gathered from employer websites, government portals, official publications and direct submissions; we give job seekers tools to build CVs and cover letters and to track applications; and we give registered employers a way to advertise vacancies, receive applications and find candidates.

We are not an employment agency acting on your behalf, and we do not make hiring decisions. Hiring decisions belong to the employer. Where we help an employer find candidates, we do so as a platform connecting the two of you.

2. Using Nasi Ispani

If you are under 18 you may use the platform only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and you may not have a public profile. Public profiles are for people aged 18 and over.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if someone else uses your account.

3. Job listings

Listings come from public sources and from employers. We try to keep them accurate and current but we cannot guarantee it. Always check with the employer or the official source before applying, and never pay anyone for a job. We do not charge job seekers to apply for a job and we will never ask you to.

4. Your CV, your profile and your public page

Everything you enter stays yours. You give us permission to use it to build the documents you ask for and to show it to employers where you apply or where you have chosen to be findable.

A public profile page makes some of your information visible to anyone on the internet and findable in search engines. What appears there, and what never appears there, is set out in the Privacy Policy. It is switched on when you create your account unless you turn it off. The choice is offered on the registration form, separately from accepting these terms, and you can switch it off at any time from your profile. Turning it off takes the page down.

You agree that the information you give us is true and is your own. Do not create a profile for somebody else.

5. Credits and payment

Some features are free with limits. Others use credits, which are bought in South African Rand and are applied to your account when payment succeeds. Prices are shown before you pay.

Credits are for use on this platform, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Benefits attached to a purchase run to the end of the cycle described at the time of purchase.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected by anything in this section. If something we sold you does not work, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.

6. Employers

Employers must complete verification before they can see candidate details or receive applications.

If you are an employer, you agree that you will use candidate information only to recruit for your own vacancies. You will not sell it, pass it to anyone else, add it to a mailing list, or use it to market anything. You will not use it to discriminate against anyone on any ground protected by South African law. You will keep it safe and delete it when you no longer need it for that vacancy.

Background checks may only be run with the candidate’s specific permission, requested through the platform. Vacancies you post must be real, must be your own, and must not require any payment from an applicant.

These obligations may be updated. Where they change materially we will ask you to accept the updated version the next time you sign in, and you will not be able to reach candidate details until you do.

Breaking this section ends your access, and we may tell affected candidates what happened.

7. Artificial intelligence

The CV builder, the cover letter generator, the interview assistant and the career assistant produce text using artificial intelligence, based on what you tell them. The output is a starting point, not professional legal, financial or career advice. Check it before you send it anywhere. You remain responsible for what your CV says about you.

8. What you may not do

  • Give false information, or pretend to be someone else or some other organisation.
  • Scrape, harvest or copy profiles, listings or any other content in bulk, by any means, including automated ones.
  • Try to get into any part of the platform you are not meant to reach.
  • Use the platform to send spam, to defraud anyone, or to advertise a job that does not exist.
  • Charge a job seeker for a job, or ask an applicant to pay you anything.

9. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account for breaking the rules, unused credits are not refunded.

10. Liability

The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including any hiring decision an employer makes or does not make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

11. Changes and contact

We may change these terms. Registered users will be told by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept it. These terms are governed by South African law.
