Search by skill or job title, province, town and years of experience. Every result is a real job seeker registered on Nasi Ispani. Before you spend anything you can see their first name, town and province, top skills, most recent role, experience band and highest qualification level.
Unlock only the people you actually want
When a candidate looks right, one credit unlocks their full name, phone number, email address and complete CV, permanently, for your company. There is no subscription and no charge for browsing. A credit costs R10,00 and unlocks one candidate, permanently. You buy them in the Employer Hub, from R150,00 upward, and they stay valid for 12 months. Verified employers start with five free.
Verify before you hire
On any candidate you have unlocked you can request an identity verification, a criminal record check or a qualification verification. The candidate is asked to allow each check before it runs, which is both the law in South Africa and the reason candidates trust the process.
Built on consent, which is why it works
Job seekers are never in this pool by default. They switch it on themselves, they are told exactly what employers can and cannot see, they are notified when a company unlocks them and for which job, and they can switch it off in one tap. Employers agree in writing to use contact details only for recruiting their own vacancies.

How does candidate search work?
Verified employers search the profiles of job seekers on Nasi Ispani. You see skills, town, experience level and qualification level for free, then spend one credit to unlock a candidate's name, phone, email and full CV.
What does it cost to contact a candidate?
One credit unlocks one candidate permanently for your company. A credit costs R10,00, bought in the Employer Hub from R150,00 upward. Credits are valid for 12 months, and verified employers start with 5 free.
Do candidates know when I look at them?
They know when you unlock their contact details, and they are told which job you are hiring for. They cannot see who browsed the anonymous preview cards.
Is this allowed under POPIA?
Yes, because it is built around consent. Job seekers opt in, they can opt out at any time, employers must be verified, and employers agree that details are used only to recruit for their own vacancies.
Can I check a candidate's ID or qualifications?
Yes. You can request an identity check, a criminal record check or a qualification verification on any candidate you have unlocked. The candidate is asked to allow each check first, and your credits are only used once they agree.
