Verification is free and it is how job seekers know a real, named person is behind an advert. A registered business gives its CIPC registration number and the ID number of the person posting. Someone hiring for their home gives only their ID number. Both are used only to verify you and are never shown to job seekers or the public.
Once verified, you carry the verified badge on your adverts, you can see candidates in full and unlock their contact details, and you start with five free credits. The result of your check appears in your Employer Hub.
Pay only for the people you contact
Credits are how you unlock a candidate’s contact details. Each person you unlock uses one credit. There is no subscription and nothing is charged for posting, receiving applications or reading profiles.
A top-up starts at R10,00.
That is R35,00 per candidate on a ten pack.

Two things before you can unlock anyone
- You need to be verified. Until then you can still post jobs and receive applications, but you cannot see a candidate’s name or contact details.
- You need an open advert. The candidate is told which job you are hiring for, so there has to be one.

Your details stay yours
- Job seekers see that you are contactable, never your phone number.
- Your address is never shown; only the province appears on your adverts.
- Your registration and ID numbers are used only to verify you and are never shown.

Is posting really free?
Yes. Every advert is free, with no limit on applications. You pay only for credits, and only when you choose to unlock someone.
Do I need a registered company?
No. Choose “hiring for my home or myself” and you will not be asked for a registration number.
When does my advert go live?
As soon as your company profile is complete and your mobile number is confirmed. If something is still outstanding, it is saved as a draft and goes live the moment you finish.
How do I know verification is done?
The result appears in your Employer Hub.
What do I get when I unlock someone?
Their full name, contact details and full CV.
