At Nasi Ispani we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of the personal information we hold about you, including any data associated with accounts created or used through Facebook Login.

What data we may hold

When you use Nasi Ispani, we may store information such as your name, email address, profile details, saved and tracked opportunities, keyword alerts, generated CVs and cover letters, uploaded documents, and notification preferences.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it in any of the following ways:

  1. Email us at info@nasi-ispani.co.za from the email address linked to your account, using the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Use our Contact page and mention “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the Nasi Ispani app from your Facebook account under Settings and Privacy, then Apps and Websites. This stops any further data sharing. To also delete the data already stored on Nasi Ispani, please send us a request using one of the methods above.

Please include enough detail for us to identify your account, such as the email address or the name you registered with.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and verify that it comes from the account owner. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and the associated personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires us to keep it, or where it is needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Copies held in routine backups are removed as part of our normal backup rotation.
