Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: Candidates must have a relevant qualification at NQF Level 6, as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer usage is essential.
- Driver’s Licence: A valid driver’s licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative or clerical duties is an added advantage.
In addition, applicants will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to grant recipients. This includes screening and capturing grant applications, assisting with beneficiary maintenance functions, and managing medical bookings and assessments. The role will also involve off-site grant services, including scanning and batching grants files.
