Responsibilities of the Administration Intern

As an intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ETQA Business Unit and other business units within CHIETA. Your duties will include:

  • Capturing accredited SDP/AC and ARPL data accurately.
  • Document control and filing.
  • Managing records, filing, and document tracking.
  • Assisting specialists and practitioners with administrative tasks.
  • Supporting monitoring of Accreditation and RPL processes.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administrative support across different units.
  • Supporting Accreditation Sub-Unit tasks when needed.
  • Managing skills development activities in assigned organizations.

These responsibilities will give interns practical knowledge in office management, administration, and stakeholder engagement – skills that are highly valued in the workplace.

  • Be recent graduates with no previous work experience.
  • Must reside in Gauteng Province.
