1. Judge’s Secretary – Eastern Cape High Court, Makhanda
- Reference: 2025/241/OCJ
- Salary: R325 101 – R382 959 per annum
- Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus 1–3 years’ secretarial/office assistant experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimum of 20 completed modules towards an LLB, BA, or BCom Law (advantageous)
- Excellent English proficiency, typing, and administrative skills
- Duties: Manage Judge’s diary, type judgments, maintain court files, and coordinate court proceedings.

2. Registrar – Pietermaritzburg High Court

- Salary: R324 579 – R1 111 323 per annum (MR3–MR5)
- Requirements:
- LLB degree or equivalent four-year legal qualification
- Driver’s licence
- Experience levels: MR3 (2 years), MR4 (8 years), MR5 (14 years) post-qualification
- Strong leadership, case management, and communication skills
- Duties: Manage case flow, issue court processes, supervise staff, authenticate legal signatures, and oversee case records.

3. Administration Clerk (CRT) – Mpumalanga Division, Mbombela

- Requirements:
- Matric (Diploma in Legal Studies advantageous)

4. Administration Clerk (DCRS) – Pietermaritzburg High Court

- Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Diploma in relevant field advantageous)
- Computer literacy and good organisational skills
- Duties: Provide support for pre-recording of court proceedings, assist with administration, and collect statistics.

5. Accounting Clerk – Western Cape High Court, Cape Town

- Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Accounting and Mathematics
- No experience required (Finance/Accounting Diploma advantageous)
- Knowledge of PFMA, GRAP, and Treasury regulations
- Duties: Process payments, payroll administration, manage revenue, capture invoices, and prepare financial records.
