The Role
The College is looking for an energetic, creative, and experienced Pre-Preparatory teacher with a passion for early childhood development. The successful candidate will:
- Lead a Grade R classroom with excellence in teaching and conduct.
- Incorporate the school’s values and Christian ethos into daily learning.
- Contribute to grade-specific and whole-school activities.
- Participate in extra-mural responsibilities, including Aftercare duties.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate strong professional and personal qualities, including:
- A recognised Degree in Foundation Phase Teaching with 8–10 years’ Pre-Preparatory experience.
- Registration with SACE (South African Council for Educators).
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a warm and nurturing disposition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT and digital tools.
- A proven ability to collaborate within a team.
