About the Internship Programme
This one-year, non-renewable internship programme is designed to produce a pipeline of skilled professionals who will support the FSCA in achieving its mandate:
- Transforming the integrity of financial markets.
- Protecting financial customers through fair treatment by financial institutions.
- Providing financial education and ensuring financial stability.
Selected interns will be guided under the mentorship of experienced professionals, gaining valuable exposure to various aspects of the FSCA’s work. Each intern will be assigned to a specific division, based on their qualifications and career goals, where they will undergo competency-based training to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Qualifications: Candidates must have completed one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Events Management/Public Relations
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Multi-media Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- BCom Economics, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management
- National Diploma in Logistics
- BSc in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or IT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE)
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Office Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Risk Management, Legal, or Corporate Governance Administration
- No prior work experience is required.
- A strong desire to work in the financial services sector is essential.
