Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provisioning and Logistics: Plan demand, coordinate sourcing, and manage bid documentation. Maintain LOGIS and cataloguing standards, monitor inventory, and support audit readiness.

2. Warehousing and Stock Control: Receive, store, and issue items accurately. Keep registers, process vouchers, prevent losses, and follow CALMIS MMS procedures.

3. Administration and RFIM Support: Manage filing systems, correspondence, personnel records, and travel claims. Capture expenditure and maintain petty cash and telephone records.

4. Registry and Document Control: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, manage archives, and ensure secure document disposal.

5. Secretarial and Office Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, manage diaries, and process subsistence and travel claims.
