Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicle or finance offerings
- Informing clients about Auto Pedigree procedures and financial institution requirements related to finance applications
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance
- Driving sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Retaining and growing the existing customer base through effective follow-ups
- Managing customer escalations and ensuring timely feedback and resolution
- Updating the Lead Management System with accurate and detailed feedback
- Recording all sales activities on required systems and reports

- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Performing any additional duties as required by management
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales
- Proven call centre sales experience (essential)
- Automotive or related industry experience (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- NCA (National Credit Act) accreditation
Additional Requirements
- Computer literate with high competence in Excel and Outlook
- Valid South African ID
- Valid driver’s licence
