Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management and specialised DPCI units. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Typing reports, correspondence, memoranda, and submissions
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Handling emails, telephone calls, and general correspondence
- Maintaining filing systems and official registers
- Providing administrative support during meetings and workshops
- Handling confidential and sensitive documents
- Managing office inventory and supplies
- Assisting with visitor hosting and meeting preparations
