About the apprenticeship

Clover offers a comprehensive Millwright pathway over four years. Apprentices complete formal studies while training at a designated centre. They gain hands-on experience at a manufacturing plant and receive a monthly stipend during the programme.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects
  • 60% or higher in Physical Science
  • 60% or higher in Mathematics, not Maths Literacy
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Reliability and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Practical experience in production or maintenance is an advantage

Work placement and stipend

You will be placed at a Clover manufacturing plant to build practical skills. You will gain valuable experience and receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
