About the apprenticeship
Clover offers a comprehensive Millwright pathway over four years. Apprentices complete formal studies while training at a designated centre. They gain hands-on experience at a manufacturing plant and receive a monthly stipend during the programme.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects
- 60% or higher in Physical Science
- 60% or higher in Mathematics, not Maths Literacy
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Reliability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Practical experience in production or maintenance is an advantage
