Key Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 9.
- Professional procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) registration (e.g., MCIPS) or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of experience at a senior managerial level.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure procurement and SCM.
- Valid unexpired driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge of internationally recognized best practices in infrastructure procurement and SCM.
- Proven ability to drive change in complex environments.
Key Duties:
- Develop and provide guidance in the implementation of infrastructure procurement strategies.
