The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Digital Content Creator you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering engaging content for both web and mobile platforms. You will work hands‑on: designing, illustrating, writing copy, and collaborating closely with teams such as UX, content writers, product owners, business analysts, and marketing.
Your work will include:
- Conceptualising and producing original content: GIFs, animations, illustrations, infographics, teaser videos, motion graphics, thematic designs.
- Creating copy for digital channels: website, mobile, WhatsApp, emailers, on‑site storytelling, etc.
- Producing or assisting with in‑house shoots when needed (video, interviews, photo).
- Generating content ideas based on consumer and market research; spotting gaps; recommending topics.
- Ensuring content is accurate and well‑researched.
- Measuring content performance (engagement, leads, metrics) and iterating to improve.
- Collaborating with design, UX and story‑journey teams to ensure user experience is exciting, coherent, and validated.
- Ensuring that items such as articles are uploaded to the site / platform with appropriate graphics and design support.

Must‑Haves
- Degree or diploma in journalism, creative writing, multimedia design or similar.
- 5‑10 years of experience in digital content creation / multimedia design, with a proven record of getting results.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong visual sense: aesthetics, photo & video principles, especially mobile‑first.
- A well‑rounded portfolio showing strong on‑brand visuals, copy, and multimedia content for differing audiences.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, produce content quickly, yet maintain quality.
- Good research skills, attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal & presentation skills; collaboration—able to work with writers, UX/design, business units.
- Understanding of content strategy and marketing best practices.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience as video blogger / multimedia storyteller.
