1. Officer: Business Infrastructure (REF NO: O:BI)
- Location: Pretoria
- Salary: R397 116 per annum
- Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Development Studies, Economics, Commerce, Project Management, Property Development, or Business Development.
- A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) and a valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
- At least one year’s experience in business administration, development finance, property development, or related fields.
- Duties include:
- Researching state-owned property for potential small business use.
- Reviewing policies to improve access to infrastructure.
- Identifying risks and gaps in infrastructure programmes.
- Preparing financial and progress reports.
- Providing secretariat support to adjudication committees.
2. Officer: Red Tape Reduction (REF NO: O: RTR)
- Location: Pretoria
- Salary: R397 116 per annum
- Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Economics, Public Administration, Developmental Studies, Social Science, or Business Management.
- Minimum of one year’s administrative experience in stakeholder consultation.
- Duties include:
- Conducting research to support policy and programme development.
- Engaging with government stakeholders to monitor red tape reduction initiatives.
- Developing tools, databases, and standard operating procedures.
- Supporting events, workshops, and compliance inspections.
3. Job Analyst (REF NO: JA)
- Location: Pretoria
- Salary: R397 116 per annum
- Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Behavioural or Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology, or Management Sciences.
- At least two years’ experience in organisational design or work study.
- Additional qualifications in Organisational Design, Work Study, or Production Management are advantageous.
- Duties include:
- Conducting organisational design investigations and job evaluations.
- Developing job descriptions and grading positions.
- Auditing posts and updating records on PERSAL.
- Supporting the Job Evaluation panel.
