Key Responsibilities
As an IT Technician at Calvin and Family Group, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for desktop and remote applications

- Working with Windows and Mac OS systems
- Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience: Previous experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
