Key Responsibilities

As a Multimedia Designer at Media24, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Developing and Executing Design Solutions: You will create both digital and print design solutions, including animations, for various brands across multiple platforms. Your designs will elevate the visual storytelling efforts of the brand and its commercial partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification: A degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Information Design, or a related field is a must.
  • Experience: With at least 5 years of experience in design, ideally in a publishing environment, you will bring a solid understanding of how to work within tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: You must be highly skilled in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Your proficiency in these tools will be essential for creating innovative designs and compelling visuals for digital and print formats.
  • Portfolio: You will need to showcase a portfolio that highlights your creative capabilities, especially in digital design. This portfolio should demonstrate your ability to craft innovative solutions that are not only creative but also strategically aligned with client goals.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, UI/UX design principles, and tools such as Google Ads Manager is highly beneficial. This technical know-how will ensure that your designs are not only visually engaging but also user-friendly and optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: The ability to tackle complex design challenges and make quick decisions while maintaining the integrity of the project is a key part of the job.
