1. Senior Clinical Manager (Medical)
- Salary: R1,647,630 per annum
- Location: Dr Harry Surtie Hospital
- Requirements:
- Appropriate qualification for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience after registration with the HPCSA.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and corporate governance.
- Manage human and financial resources effectively.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care.
2. Medical Specialist (Psychiatry)
- Salary: Grade 1: R1,341,855 – Grade 3: R1,773,222 per annum
- Location: Northern Cape Mental Hospital
- Requirements:
- MBBCh / MBChB plus FC Psychiatry or MMed Psychiatry, with HPCSA registration.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience (Grade 2) or 10 years (Grade 3).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient mental health care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols.
- Lead multidisciplinary team discussions and train staff.
3. Medical Officer (Grade 1 – 3)
- Salary: Grade 1: R1,001,349 – Grade 3: R1,322,352 per annum
- Location: Dr Harry Surtie Hospital
- Requirements:
- Appropriate qualification for registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Practitioner.
- Experience varies by grade, ranging from none to 10 years.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care.

4. Pharmacist (Grade 1 – 3)
- Salary: Grade 1: R848,862 – Grade 3: R1,001,349 per annum
- Location: Northern Cape Mental Health and DRTB Hospital, Kimberley

- Qualification allowing registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a Pharmacist.
- Relevant experience depending on the grade.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality pharmaceutical care.
- Manage pharmaceutical stock and ensure adherence to national and provincial treatment guidelines.
5. Audiologist
- Salary: Grade 1: R397,233 – Grade 3: R543,099 per annum
- Location: DR TB Hospital, Kimberley
- Requirements:
- Qualification allowing registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Audiologist.
- Relevant experience depending on the grade.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop audiology services.
- Screen, assess, and intervene as necessary.
6. Radiographer
- Salary: Grade 1: R397,233 – Grade 3: R543,099 per annum
- Location: Frances Baard District (Various Posts)

- Diploma/B Tech in Diagnostic Radiography and HPCSA registration.

7. Social Worker
