1. Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions

Locations: Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein (Tax Unit), Limpopo (Polokwane), Mmabatho

Requirements:

  • LLB degree
  • 10 years’ post-qualification litigation experience
  • Admission as Attorney/Advocate (advantageous)
  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and management skills

Duties:
Oversee complex prosecutions, strategic management, provide legal oversight, and mentor prosecutors.

Requirements:

  • LLB degree
  • 8 years’ post-qualification experience

  • Experience in fraud, tax, corruption, or commercial crimes

Duties:
