1. Personal Assistant: Chief Directorate: Court and Case Flow Management Superior Courts

  • Salary: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum (Level 07)
  • Location: National Office, Midrand
  • Requirements:
    • Grade 12 and a National Diploma in Office Management/Information Management/Public Administration/Business Administration (NQF level 6).
    • At least two years of experience in Office Administration or Secretariat Services.
    • Valid driver’s license is essential.
    • Strong skills in financial, provisioning, human resource administration, document tracking, and office management.

    • Providing clerical and secretarial support to the Chief Director.
    • Ensuring all documentation and correspondence are accurately managed.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on departmental procedures and regulations.

    • Grade 12 with an LLB degree and a valid driver’s license.
    • Experience in secretarial or court administration, along with proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.

    • Providing interpreting services during court sessions and legal consultations.
