Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Environmental, Safety and Health system.
- Conduct monthly reporting and analysis.
- Oversee compliance with all Environmental, Safety and Health legislation.
- Coordinate preparedness and emergency responses.
- Lead fire prevention and protection activities.
- Supervise contractors in line with updated Construction Regulations.
- Ensure the presence of competent First Aiders across facilities.
- Maintain a strong and visible presence in the plants.
Knowledge and Skills
The role requires a sound understanding of:
- Environmental, Health and Safety systems.

Minimum Requirements

- SAMTRAC certification.
- An Auditor’s Certificate (advantageous).
- At least two years’ experience in the automotive industry (advantageous).
