- Must currently be unemployed and have no work experience

Programme Duration
The learnership will run from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The programme combines structured workplace exposure with formal training over 12 months at the Centurion office. Some remote work may be required.
Participants will receive a fixed monthly stipend during the learnership.

- FETC Short-Term Insurance qualification
- NQF Level 4 certification
