Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Manage mining crews to meet production targets
- Oversee safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Conduct shift inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure correct use of PPE and mining tools
- Maintain accurate operational and statutory reports
Operational Leadership
- Act as a relieving Shift Boss when required
- Lead performance meetings with crew members
- Monitor attendance and discipline within the team

- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

Minimum Requirements
Education
- National Senior Certificate with Mathematics
