Minimum Requirements for Applicants

Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

  • Be an unemployed South African youth
  • Be a final-year student at a University of Technology
  • Have a Grade 12/Matric certificate
  • Hold a valid South African driver’s licence with Code B
  • Require P1/P2 training to graduate
  • Have no previous P1/P2 or vacation work experience
  • Live within the King Cetshwayo District Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal
