Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
  • A post-matric certificate or programme will be an advantage

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be between 18 and 34 years old
  • Have strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year
  • Not be studying full-time during the employment period
  • Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Provide administrative and operational support within their assigned department
  • Assist with data capturing and document management
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records
  • Support daily departmental activities and projects
  • Assist with customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder enquiries
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and workplace development activities
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Assist with preparing reports, schedules, and departmental documentation
  • Support inventory, asset, stock, and resource management where required
  • Perform general office and coordination duties
  • Develop professional skills through workplace learning and mentorship
