Contract and Register Administration

Successful applicants will also:

  • Update departmental contract registers
  • Maintain finance lease registers
  • Update transversal contract records
  • File service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Compile monthly procurement reports
  • Track procurement progress and status updates

Supplier Compliance Verification

In addition, the clerks will:

  • Verify supplier compliance documents
  • Check tax compliance status
