Academic Qualifications

- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy as a compulsory subject
- PSIRA Grade C or higher
- NKP Certificate of Competency
- NKP course report or statement of results
- Valid SAPS firearm competency for all specified NKP firearm categories
General Requirements
Applicants must also:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Have a valid Code B driver’s licence or higher
- Have no criminal record
- Meet all vetting requirements
- Be physically fit for security duties
- Be capable of performing access and egress control functions
Experience Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- At least 2 to 3 years of general security experience
An additional advantage will be:
- Experience working within a National Key Point (NKP) environment
