What is the Role of Assistant Officer Education & Training?
The Assistant Officer Education & Training works closely with the Officer Education and Training to deliver effective technical and non-technical training to Eskom employees. Key Responsibilities
- Provide and facilitate technical and non-technical training sessions and workshops.
- Develop training materials, assessments, and evaluations to measure learning success.

Qualifications and Experience

Technical Path
- Applicable National Diploma OR
- Trade qualification plus National Diploma OR
- Trade qualification plus Master Artisan Technical at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.
Non-Technical Path
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Education Science at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in training, coaching, and mentoring is essential.
