Career Centre Co-Ordinator Job Description

As a Career Centre Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Career Centre’s activities. Your focus will be on improving student engagement and employability while ensuring that the campus delivers a first-class customer experience. Your work will directly influence the satisfaction and career outcomes of Capsicum Culinary Studio’s students, helping them achieve their professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement

  • Foster meaningful relationships with students to enhance their learning experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student concerns and feedback.
  • Address complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to students about their educational journey.

2. Student Experience

  • Lead the onboarding and orientation processes for new students.
  • Ensure seamless customer interactions and coordinate campus touchpoints to maintain high service standards.
