The Learner: CSC programme (reference CLO260717-2) places 18 learners inside Clover’s Customer Service Centre in Roodepoort, Gauteng, with theoretical classes presented in Constantia Park. It combines classroom learning with real workplace experience, and learners who complete it successfully earn a qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework. For young South Africans who enjoy talking to people and solving problems, this learnership is a practical first step into customer service, sales support and administration careers.
