Data Capturer Jobs Responsibilities
Core Duties
Data Capturers will manage TB-related data at facility and community levels. They will work closely with facility staff and IHPS M&E officers.
Key Performance Areas
- Capture and record TB screening data accurately
- Verify and clean data monthly and quarterly
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Submit timely reports to facilities and districts
- Manage data on systems such as DHIS and Tier.Net
- Support patient linkage and referral reporting
- Perform filing and general administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with the POPI Act

Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in data capturing and reporting

- Knowledge of NDoH health information systems
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong keyboarding speed and accuracy
