Role Overview

The Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Director’s office. From managing schedules and travel arrangements to coordinating meetings and handling correspondence, this role demands a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual who can thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handling incoming emails, calls, and correspondence as needed.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Ensuring travel documentation and approvals are correctly completed.
  • Tracking travel expenses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting project administration and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assisting with procurement of office supplies and other resources.

This role also involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing company events, and ensuring that all administrative processes run efficiently.


Required Skills and Competencies

To excel as a Personal Assistant at Media24, candidates should have:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or administrative role.
