- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- A post-matric certificate or programme will be an advantage
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 34 years old
- Have strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year
- Not be studying full-time during the employment period
- Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Provide administrative and operational support within their assigned department
- Assist with data capturing and document management
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records
- Support daily departmental activities and projects
- Assist with customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder enquiries
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and workplace development activities
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Assist with preparing reports, schedules, and departmental documentation
- Support inventory, asset, stock, and resource management where required
- Perform general office and coordination duties
- Develop professional skills through workplace learning and mentorship
