BruntWork is looking for a Video Content Producer & On-Camera Presenter to create engaging short-form video content for Skyecap and VIMB.
This is a full-time remote opportunity paying R24,360 per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, presenting and editing videos for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube.

What You Will Do
The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing leadership team to turn brand messages, educational topics and promotional ideas into polished video content.
Your responsibilities will include:
On-camera presentation
You will act as a core brand voice by presenting educational content, promotions and direct-response advertising concepts professionally on camera.
Short-form video production
You will plan, script, record and edit videos for:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Paid video advertising campaigns
The content will cover areas such as investment, citizenship and destination marketing.
Scripting and concept development
You will create strong video hooks, concise scripts and clear calls to action based on campaign direction provided by the marketing team.
You should be comfortable taking a high-level topic or short brief and developing it into an engaging 30- to 60-second video.
Video editing
The role includes end-to-end post-production, including video editing, sound design, dynamic captions and visual enhancements.
Content planning and batching
You will research trends, help develop content calendars and batch-produce videos to maintain a consistent supply of marketing content.
Occasional travel
The successful candidate may occasionally need to travel to Vanuatu or other key regional hubs when specialised on-location content is required for major campaigns.
You will also handle content and production responsibilities across both Skyecap and VIMB.
Requirements
Applicants should have strong communication and video production skills.
You will need:
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- A clear and professional on-camera presence
- Experience with UGC, social media hosting or digital video presentation
- Experience creating short-form social media content
- Experience scripting and presenting videos
- Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- The ability to turn complex topics into engaging 30- to 60-second videos
- The ability to create content for different brands and audiences
Equipment Required
Applicants should have access to their own professional filming setup.
This may include:
- A 4K camera or latest-generation smartphone
- Wireless lapel microphone
- Ring light or softboxes
- Suitable filming environment
Portfolio Is Required
Applicants must provide live links, a portfolio or social media channels demonstrating recent on-camera work and short-form video editing.
This is a strict requirement for the position.
Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to present confidently on camera and produce engaging short-form content.
