Regional Administrator Job Description

As a Regional Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of Hollywoodbets’ product sites across South Africa and other international regions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations and assist with the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth in areas such as slots, casino, and other related products.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will be diverse and involve working across various operational areas. Below is a breakdown of your primary responsibilities:

  • Assisting with Event Setup: You will be involved in the setup of special promotions and events, ensuring that everything aligns with Hollywoodbets’ high standards.
  • Stock Management: The role includes managing stock, such as uniforms, promotional materials, and office supplies. You will be responsible for ensuring that all items are ordered, allocated, maintained, and controlled effectively.
  • Operational Support: You will perform checks on operational requirements such as inventory, uniform checks, and terminal inspections. You will also ensure that all documentation and file updates are accurate.
  • Promotional Site Visits: Part of your role will include visiting promotional sites to ensure that Mobile Clerks are promoting the Hollywoodbets brand effectively and that the correct branding materials are in use.
  • Reporting: Daily, weekly, and monthly management reports will need to be compiled, including regional reports on various metrics such as stock levels, vehicle inspections, and branding.
  • Customer Support: You will work closely with the iBranch Support Center to ensure that new customers are signed up and serviced properly. This includes assisting with FICA/Deposits/Withdrawals processes.
  • Incentive Management: You will also support the Regional Manager with monthly and quarterly incentive programs, which involves consolidating reports and requesting timesheets.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating flight bookings and accommodation arrangements for team members within the region.
  • Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Additional tasks such as distributing meeting minutes, assisting with office supply orders, and supporting the team with any other duties as needed.

Requirements
