Cosmetic Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Makeovers: Provide professional makeovers and expert product consultations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Lancome products and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
- Admin & Stock Management: Handle administrative duties, such as stock take, stock counts, and paperwork.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised counter space.
- Event & Promotion Support: Liaise with representatives to plan and execute promotions and events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with cosmetic products.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of energy.
- Competencies:
- Target-driven with the ability to meet sales objectives.
- A good understanding of administering stock management tasks.
- Ability to execute makeovers and provide expert advice.
