What Programmes Are Available?
EEC offers two main streams of study for 2026:
1. Report 191 (NATED) Programmes
Also known as the NATED (National Accredited Technical Education Diploma), these programmes combine both theory and practical training. They are designed to prepare students for employment or further studies at universities of technology.
- Entry requirement: Matric or equivalent qualification
- Duration: 18 months theoretical studies + 18 months practical workplace training
2. National Certificate Vocational (NCV)
The NCV is a modern alternative to the traditional matric, focusing on technical and vocational skills. Students gain both academic knowledge and hands-on experience from the first year of study.
- Entry requirement: Grade 9 or higher
- Duration: 3 years full-time (Level 2 to Level 4)
