About the Role
As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain the highest food quality standards, and lead kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery. You will play a key role in menu execution, food preparation, stock control, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
