Working Hours
The role is based at the company’s Fourways office and includes:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:00
- Saturdays: 09:00–12:00

As an Education Leader, you will take responsibility for a student’s overall learning journey.
Your duties may include:
- Meeting families and conducting student assessments

- Selecting suitable tutors for students
- Coaching and supervising tutor teams
- Running tutor training seminars
- Mentoring students individually
- Presenting progress reviews to parents

Minimum Requirements
