- Online Applications: 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026
- Online/Onsite Application Support: 7 September 2026 – 18 September 2026

NCV Programmes Available for 2027
Port Elizabeth TVET College is accepting applications for NCV Level 2 programmes only across its campuses.
Russell Road Campus
Students can apply for:
- NCV L2 Tourism
- NCV L2 Hospitality
- NCV L2 Information Technology & Computer Science
These programmes prepare students for careers in tourism, hotels, customer service, software support, networking, IT administration and related industries.
Dower Campus
Programmes available include:
- NCV L2 Transport & Logistics
- NCV L2 Safety in Society
Career opportunities may include logistics operations, warehousing, supply chain support, traffic services, security services, policing support and community safety roles.
Iqhayiya Campus
Students interested in engineering and technical careers can apply for:
- NCV L2 Civil Engineering & Building Construction
- NCV L2 Electrical Infrastructure Construction
- NCV L2 Engineering Related & Design
- NCV L2 Mechatronics
These qualifications can lead to careers in construction, electrical work, engineering, automation, manufacturing and artisan trades.
Who Can Apply?
To qualify for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must have passed Grade 9
- Must not have completed Grade 12
- Mathematics and Science are compulsory for engineering-related programmes

Applicants must prepare the following certified documents before applying:
- SAPS-certified copy of the applicant’s ID
- SAPS-certified copy of parent or guardian’s ID
- SAPS-certified latest school results
- Proof of address

Important Notice About the Pace Test
The Pace Test is a compulsory part of the application process. If applicants do not upload their Pace Test results, the ITS system will automatically flag the application in red, indicating that the assessment has not been completed.
Applicants should therefore ensure that the Pace Test is completed and uploaded correctly before final submission.
